Your New Role

Engage with business specialists, product managers and development teams to gather, analyze and document requirements for new features and enhancements
Develop clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
Identify opportunities to improve our requirements gathering and management processes
Propose and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and clarity
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows and data models, to support the development and testing teams
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that requirements are testable and that the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating effective communication to ensure mutual understanding and successful project outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or related field in an agile environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements
Attention to detail and systematic approach to capturing and documenting requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
Familiarity with software development processes and technologies; understanding of logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Good knowledge of English
